Key Purpose

Perform general mail services tasks including, but not limited to, sorting, delivering, and preparing/processing inbound and outbound mail. This position is responsible for, but not limited to, receiving incoming mail, sorting mail, delivering, and sorting mail to designated mail stops within multiple small to large buildings. In addition to mail delivery this position will be expected to cross train within other areas of office services to fill in for sick or vacationing team members.

Support the team, and report to the Key Account Manager
Communicate effectively with colleagues within the Business Unit and across the company so that information is disseminated effectively and participate in project groups and meetings as required

Ideal Candidate Experience

High school diploma or equivalent education.
0 – 1+ year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, spreadsheets and data entry required.
Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment.
Ability to type a minimum of 30 w.p.m. accurately.
Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent verbal skills required.
Perform sensitive and confidential tasks.

Fill in during staff shortage
Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
Use proper personal protective equipment

Understand reporting systems, and of the environment

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Must be able to lift packages and sacks, trays, and tubs of mail up to 50lbs.
Must be able to bend, stoop and kneel frequently.
Must be able to spend a large part of the day standing and moving around.
Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
