Position Information: Non Alch Brand Sales Analyst (NABSA) will work closely with Non Alch sales management to support daily/weekly/monthly business tracking, develop business plans and initiatives that align with our strategic and tactical goals of our NA portfolio. As part of the sales team, the NABSA serves as a lead team member in working with our NA Division Manager to transform brand assigned goals into actionable plans for teams in order to achieve plan.

Primary Contribution to Amoskeag Beverages:
Sales analysis and planning for our Non-Alch portfolio

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead information manager/communicator for the NA Division
Collaborate with NA suppliers and NA management team to create KPIs and Incentives that align with BP goals, manage reporting and share progress with sales team
Monitor ROI of all PFP programs to identify any opportunities for improvement
Build monthly volume files to monitor sales team’s progress towards monthly volume targets
KPI Tracking - Weekly Updating of all KPIs/incentives and ongoing trackable initiatives, review results and share with involved teams to address any trends/opportunities, recap to HR for payout.
Maintain constant monitoring of sales and business performance across all teams and assigned suppliers
Monthly review of product and customer data base to ensure classification accuracy to support data accuracy in all reporting
Create monthly Sales meeting presentations and support materials for all MPRs, BPs and Mid Year reviews
Manage the updates, organization and information flow of the TEAMS channels specific to NA
Provide input during planning processes to improve efficacy and accuracy as requested
Study sales trends, recommend incentives/KPIs that will best fit company’s goals
Consistently look for opportunities to create efficiencies within the NA Division
Provide additional support for any initiatives that arise
Work on any special projects as requested

Qualifications:
Experience in business analysis and developing plans and tools that support senior leadership in decision making
Effective communicator and presenter
Has outstanding problem skills; is able to identify issues and opportunities
Ability to operate in a team environment
Strong organizational skills
Expert knowledge of MS Excel
Strong attention to detail
Ability to take initiative with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with specified time constraints
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment

Working Conditions:
Office Based – Remote work negotiable
