Position Summary:
Are you a driven Sales Development Professional who wants to take on a new challenge in the SaaS InsurTech space? myCOI is looking for a confident, action-oriented Sales Development Representative who is powered by excellence and achieves results by accelerating their ability to engage prospects to develop new, qualified sales opportunities. It is time to expand our sales team as we capture the open market; and we’re looking for great people to help drive our mission!

Essential Responsibilities/What You Will Do:
Perform outbound sales prospecting campaigns to our target accounts - phone calls, cold emailing as well as prospecting on LinkedIn and other channels
Connect with potential future customers to deliver our unique value proposition, qualify business requirements and relay the information to Account Executives about us
Collaborate with our internal teams, Account Executives, and team members to develop new target lists, call strategies, and powerful messaging that drive opportunities forward
Generate new meetings with potential future customers for our Account Executives
Learn and maintain an in-depth understanding and knowledge of our products
Manage, track and report on all activities and results using Salesforce CRM

Basic Qualifications/What You Bring to the Role:
1+ years of Outbound SDR experience in B2B SaaS
Exceptional active listening skills
A positive and professional phone presence
Detail orientation in writing and presentation
A desire to consistently exceed measurable objectives
Strong work ethic and ability to achieve your daily objectives
Team-oriented, collaborative nature and great communication skills
Analytical, data-driven thinker and methodical/process-driven in your sales approach
Bonus: experience with Salesforce CRM, or SalesLoft

Travel Requirements: None

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
