Work At Home Customer Care Specialist

This position is open to individuals residing in the following states: AL, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KY, MS, NC, ND, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI

What you'll be doing
- Support our footwear retail client through various communication channels: phone, email, chat, and social media
- Respond to customers’ order and shipment inquiries
- Accurate and concise feedback and special needs documentation in a computer-based system
- Process credit card and other online payments
What are we looking for?
- Proven effective oral and written communication skills
- An engaging personality
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent technology skills and ability to multi-task
- Proficient typing speed and accuracy
- Understanding of a metrics-driven performance environment
- A dedicated space where you can take phone calls without background interference
Computing Requirements
- A Windows laptop or a desktop
- Reliable internet speed and broadband connection (5 Mbps download, 2.5 Mbps upload)
- Hardwired or ethernet connection to the internet during your shift
- At least 1 extra monitor and the correct cable (minimum of 19" screen size)
- A wired USB headset with a mute button
- Smartphone for application authentication
