Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Obtain information about Impact Incident from HD Tickets, emails, pages, meetings and/or verbal communications.
Input information into downtime tracking tool
Analyze information for trends and apply criteria to determine escalation, communication and prioritization required.
Compile communications and reports based on details around initial reported issues, actions taken and root causes found.
Validation of data contained in Downtime Tracking Tool to ensure thoroughness, accuracy and proper formatting.
Facilitation of weekly Impact Committee and ITEx Committee meetings.
Process requests to purchase new/replacement wireless devices and accessories.
Set up new wireless accounts/deactivate terminated accounts.
Monitor usage/non-usage of wireless individuals and accounts.
Monitor global wireless plan usage.
Monthly bill reconciliation including suspicious charge/activity inspection.
Inventory management of all wireless devices.
End of use wireless device donation/disposal.
Issue resolution via Verizon Support.
Compile statistics from multiple sources to present on health of business, project status, initiatives etc…
Solicit and compile information from Tech Department representatives for inclusion in meeting.
Creation of the presentation.
Facilitation of meeting including, capturing of notes of meeting discussions/conversations.
Monitor Application Performance Monitoring tools for proactive review of performance of computer and software End User Experience.
Create, implement, and monitor Software signatures to assist in monitoring End User Experience.

Skills and Qualifications

Combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet essential functions and required competencies of the position.
One to three year’s technology monitoring experience preferred.
Detailed PC skills and proficiency of the English language.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to concentrate and work independently.
Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
