The job

To successfully onboard new customers of our Core package. A heavy emphasis will be placed on conducting high quality training sessions to ensure our customers adopt Buildertrend into their daily operations, and make it past the first 90 days in a healthy state of engagement with the platform

Things to look forward to

Manage a revolving book of customers during their first 90 days with Buildertrend

Achieve individual goals related to successfully getting customers past day 90 in a healthy state for handoff to Account Executive

Conduct a high volume of daily training sessions

Schedule training sessions as needed

Follow our defined curriculum to coach our customers on best practices to implement our Core package

Be an expert on the Buildertrend Core package

Provide exceptional product support as needed

Effectively sell the value of Buildertrend

Work effectively out of Salesforce
