A day in the life…
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner while following established credit procedures
Solve problems quickly and create resolutions that bring in revenue on a regular basis
Negotiate, collect and resolve accounts using a consultative approach to encourage future card usage
You own this if you have...
6+ months in customer service or collection-related experience
Ability to handle a high volume of calls with detail and accuracy while delivering an excellent customer experience
Initiative and creativity to find solutions to complex problems
Ability to work with integrity and respect confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
First party collections experience (preferred)

Colorado: $16.50-$28.00 hourly, Nevada: $16.50-$28.00 hourly
