Position Summary
This position is funded by a grant for a duration of time as defined by the grantor.
Works under general supervision to provide administrative support to the Manager of Clinical Services and WIC staff by coordinating key office operations relating to the administrative functions of Clinical Services clinics.

Pay Grade: 43
Minimum Qualifications
100.00% - 1. Four (4) years of experience in appropriate clerical, bookkeeping, data processing or statistical work; and high school diploma or possess a GED; OR

2. Three (3) years of experience in appropriate clerical, bookkeeping, data processing, or statistical work; and one (1) year of college study (30 semester hours or 36 quarters) from an accredited college or university.
3. Experience working in a clinical setting preferred.
1. Serves as lead for all administrative support staff in multiple locations including Public Health Clinics, Immunization Clinics and WIC facilities.
2. Maintains, compiles, prepares and submits attendance records, mileage and time study reports for all employees reporting to Manager of Clinical Services.
3. Orders materials, supplies and equipment upon approval for all Clinical Services and maintains records of purchase orders and invoices on a daily basis.
4. Prepares interoffice communications, correspondences, requisitions, forms, instructional materials, specifications, and reports of a routine or special nature.
5. Processes incoming and outgoing mail; initiates and/or transmits inter-office memos and notices.

6. Supports different levels of staff by providing information and assistance whenever possible.

7. Answers telephones. Uses word processing, database, and spreadsheet software.
8. Performs other related duties as required or directed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
KSAs - 1. Knowledge of regulations and policies regarding the WIC program.
2. Ability to plan, organize, and maintain an even workflow.
3. Ability to interact courteously with staff and resolve problematic situations.
4. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
5. Mental and physical ability to perform the duties involved in this classification. Special Requirements
1. Must possess a valid Tennessee driver license or secure one by date of employment.
2. Must have access to an operable automobile and meet County requirements for automobile insurance upon date of employment. Disclaimer
