Due to our continued growth, United Recovery and Remarketing is now seeking a customer-focused, detail oriented person for an immediate opening as an Impound Specialist in our Kansas City location. In this role, you will learn our databases and build strong relationships with our clients and field agents by answering questions and providing detailed account information. The starting pay for this position is $17 per hour.

Your duties will include:
Resolving customer inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and quality

Document client inquiries and requests efficiently in our system.

Assisting our Affiliate Department, as well as our Pre Skip/Suspend team with other tasks requested

Providing outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers

Accurately assigning data information received by our clients to repossession agents, branch locations and affiliates

Required Experience:
Qualifications/Requirements:
Ability to type 50 words per minute and have intermediate 10-key skills

Self - Starter

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Effective time management skills

Ability to adapt to fluctuating work flow and work with minimal supervision

Conflict resolution skills

Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented

Good Team Player

Education/Training/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent

1 year data entry experience

1 year call center or customer service experience
