To perform in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited to answering telephones, greeting, assisting and checking families into and out of Target House, Parcels or Memphis International Airport, giving recommendations, and providing directions, which contributes to an overall positive experience. Smile and greet guests in a welcoming manner, as the first point of contact. Assists Security with controlling access by signing in and out visitors, volunteers and vendors into Target House or Parcels.
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of applicable experience in a service-oriented, customer-focused environment.
