Job Summary
Responsible for preparation, assembly, and delivery of patient meal trays, guest trays and snacks to the bedside. Assist with meal tray set up and soiled tray removal from patient rooms and designated soiled utility closets. Interact and communicate with patients, families, and visitors in a friendly and respectful manner. Provide timely service recovery for any tray errors or missing items. General cleaning and stocking as assigned. Follows and implements HACCP guidelines. Complies with regulatory agency requirements
Education
1. High school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
Experience
1. No previous work-related experience is required for this occupation.
2. Food service, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses and Registration
1. None required.
2. ServSafe certification preferred
