- Location: Burlington, Vermont, United States
Provide support to the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program. Serve as first contact for potential participants. Support program staff in processing participant enrollment, including but not limited to, the initial screening, referring to appropriate agencies, and enrollment into the online database. Audit and manage electronic and hard copy files to keep in compliance with program guidelines. Coordinate logistics for the program staff and preform other duties as necessary assigned by the Program Manager.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate’s in a related field and one to three years’ related experience required. Effective verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills required. Demonstrated ability to accurately attend to detail and to successfully work with a sensitive population requiring specific experiential knowledge required.
Desirable Qualifications
Experiential knowledge as a military veteran and/or with homelessness; training, education, or experience with social services support desirable.
