The purpose of the class is to perform routine-to-moderately complex clerical work in support of effective and efficient Probate Court Estate Division operations, and to provide professional and courteous customer service at all times. This class works according to some procedures but decides how or when to do things; work is reviewed regularly by supervisor.
Requires high school diploma, GED or specialized vocational training; Associate’s degree is preferred. Must possess S.C. Notary Public certification. Must possess a valid state driver’s license. Must be capable of being bonded and passing a SLED check and drug screening. Requires over six months and up to and including one year of experience.
