JOB SUMMARY: The Receptionist is responsible for first-contact customer service duties such as answering the telephone, greeting and registering clients, updating client information, and providing clerical support to staff, under general direction of the Office Services Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS: One-year certificate from college or technical school, or one year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
