Role
This position will be based in Draper, UT.
We are looking for a talented supervisor who is passionate about people leadership, process improvement, automation, and people development.
This role is responsible for the daily operations of the recordings team and process. In this position, the supervisor will coordinate resources to process recordings related to the solar business. The supervisor will be responsible for employee development, compliance, forecasting, daily task assignments, timekeeping, new hire onboarding, training, and ensuring high quality of work.
The supervisor will be required to work independently and be able to build partnerships across organizations. They will help to manage the health of the business by identifying and maintaining key performance indicators to be used in financial and personnel decisions.
Overall, the candidate must possess strong analytical skills and must be able to solve complex problems with little oversight. The candidate must promote a standard of excellence and drive high performance from themselves and their team.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations related to the recordings team and process
Build, maintain, and improve key performance indicators
Represent the recordings team to leaders and peers to secure the necessary resources to drive productivity
Track performance and deliver data insights to main business stakeholders
Ensure consistency, reliability and quality of all standard reports
Identify and act swiftly to mitigate risk
Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience preferred
Knowledge of data visualization tools (PowerBI, PowerApps) preferred
Experience with project management
Experience in creating effective reporting – strong bias for efficiency and productivity
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with demanding deadlines
Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Highly collaborative and able to build positive working relationships
County Recordings experience a plus
Training experience a plus
