How you'll contribute

• Travels to unit as assigned
• Greets and guide patients and visitors
• Obtain and confirm patient demographics; updates patient profile
• Collect payment and/or assist patient with minor billing concerns
• Scan pertinent information into EMR system (HIPPA compliance, authorizations, medical records, etc.)
• Answers non-medical inquiries
• Special projects as needed

Who you are

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year office experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume and high-stress atmosphere
• Ability to communicate and work efficiently with patients, co-workers, and providers
• Preferred Qualifications:
• EMR experience a plus
• OB/GYN or medical office experience a plus
