- 工作內容： (一)符合下列條件之一者
2.具有專門職業及技術人員高等考試社會工作師考試規則應考資格者。
3.國內外公私立專科以上學校社會工作、社會政策、老人福利、青少年兒童福利、兒童福利、社會學、社會教育、社會福利、醫學社會學等科、系、組、所畢業，並具有專門職業及技術人員高等考試社會工作師考試規則應考資格者。
(二)汽、機車駕照
五、上班地點：臺中市新社區興社街二段26號(新社老人文康中心一樓)
六、上班時間：週一到週五，8點至17點。週六日及國定假日休。
七、工作內容：
(一)計畫撰寫及辦理核銷相關行政作業
(二)收案評估、家屬溝通及聯繫
(三)每週課程及專案活動安排與執行
(四)個案日常生活協助
(五)電話問安、關懷訪視業務
(六)學堂環境整理與設備管理
(七)交通接送
八、薪資福利：
(一)薪資：依據衛生福利部補助民間單位社會工作人員薪資制度計畫規定薪資34,916元；社工師證照加給1,995元，碩士以上學歷加給1,995元，兩者具備則累計加給為3,990元。
(二)福利：勞、健保、勞退提撥：員工意外險；員工旅遊；年節禮卷(品)；員工制服等。
九、休假制度：依勞基法、兩性工作平等法等給予相關休假。
十、上班日期：面試通過後。
