職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
*Support general affairs with problem solving skills : understand requests, research the problem & possible solutions, present options along with pros & cons of each
*Coordinate with each function to ensure clear communication and resolution to any issues that arise
*Manage operation expenses and process payments, receipts and records.
*Coordinate internal events and project based assignments
*Provide direct administrative Support to team members
*Ensure optimal operation of office equipment, supplies and maintain a comfortable and clean working environment

- 大學以上學歷
- 英文讀寫流利
- 注重細節和解決問題的能力
- 有助理工作經驗者優先
- 熟悉 Photoshop/illustrator 或任何繪圖軟體者優先

【上班時間】 9:00-18:00(週休二日)
