About the Job

This role is an integral part of the ROA Digital Marketing and Communications team and is responsible for managing operations and special projects for Korea, Taiwan and South Asia countries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Digital Marketing Operations
  • Digital Experience & Analytics: Proactively pull and analyze data for ROA (e.g. regional digital marketing scorecard) from available dashboards, find insights, and translate those insights into action. Communicate analytics insights and recommendations to regional DMPMs to drive optimization. This role requires to partner with TI.com Analyst team to find anomalies in the date and communicate research and findings to appropriate team members.
  • Webinars & Events: Work with country Digital Marketing Program Manager (DMPM), sales/FAEs, and WW Webinars & Events team to identify strategies, objectives, content, promotion strategy, customer experience mapping, agency management, speaker management, registration related settings for webinars (TI-owned/3rd party owned) and events (Tech Day/Tradeshow) in Korea, Taiwan and South Asia, and this role also needs to maintain Korea and Taiwan training portal (training.ti.com)and to upload training video (webinar recording).
  • Paid Search: Work with WW Paid Search Lead to manage paid search campaigns across multiple search engines (Google, Naver) and marketplaces (Korea, Taiwan, South Asia countries) to ensure program specific coverage and goals are being met. Responsibilities include but is not limited to strategy development, keywords selection and expansion, audience segmentations, ad creative (including writing, managing translation processes, testing ad copy and ad extensions).
  • Process Management: Manage processes, workflows, and key documents in the team to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness in campaign execution.
  • Translation management
  • Worldserver and JIRA translation review for Taiwan digital marketing assets (e.g. banner, email)
  • Update/correct translation memory and terminology in Worldserver and maintain translation glossary to ensure technical credibility and translation consistency.
Role requirements:
  • Excellent time-management and project management skills to simultaneously drive on-time execution of multiple projects.
  • Knowledgeable of owned and paid media channels, technical content and messaging tactics.
  • Basic understanding of website analytics tools including Google Analytics and Spotfire visualization dashboards.
  • Clear, concise communication skills, both verbal and written in both English and local language where needed.
  • Proactive and positive attitude with strong collaboration skills and team-focused and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to solve difficult problems with creative solutions.
Preferred qualifications & experience:
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, event marketing, paid and organic channels, data analytics.
  • Knowledge of the high-tech or semiconductor industries are preferred, but not required.
