工作內容
For the expansion of our quality team, we are searching for a Supplier Quality Engineer with experience in the mechanical components manufacturing industry, in particular with strong expertise of extrusion, forging and machining processes.
Main responsibilities and tasks related to the role are:
- Supervise the manufacturing and assembly process of vendors through periodic inspections
- Control the quality performance of the vendors through defined KPIs
- Verify the final products quality in accordance with Company standards
- Define product and process control plans, verify supplier SOPs and identify potential failure points
- Support the new products development and validation process assuring the compliance with the quality standards
- Managing quality complaints to vendor
The position requires a continuous collaboration with the group quality departments based in Europe, thus a very good knowledge of English is mandatory (both spoken and written). Previous experience in the bicycle components manufacturing industry (hubs, rims, wheels) is very welcome.
The office is located in the Taichung industrial park and offers free parking space, free coffee and a casual working environment.

- Engineering background
- ISO 9001 Auditor certification or Problem Solving Training are welcome
- CQE and CQT will be a plus
