Responsibility:

Responsible for Specialty Chemical Business Unit P&L management.
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way.
Oversee operational management including Processes, Quality, Sales, Warehouse and logistic etc.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives to meet quality requirement and production KPIs.
Take lead of recruit, train and supervise staff.

Qualification:

Strong knowledge of Specialty Chemical industry with deep insights into the market trends and opportunity.
Familiar with Semiconductor or TFT-LCD Wet Process.
Experience in overseeing multiple sites with cross-functional management.
