Job Description
How you will contribute
Office Admin tasks
- Reception tasks
- Postage & courier
- Relationship with building management, vendors, maintenance, cleaners
- Ordering office equipment and necessities
Sales Operations tasks
- ETC testing
- Showroom and samples management (receiving, arranging, lend to fashion
houses, return to hq)
- Reports (quarterly distribution reports, ad-hoc requests from go-to-market)
- After sales support to CS (mostly helping on Cartier returns)
- Sales team support as per Line manager’s instructions
- Submit new account creation forms
- Consolidate training material
- Co-ordinate buying days
- Be the contact window with chain stores HQ
- AOB
