銷售支援代表是一個初階職位，負責參與一系列銷售活動的支援任務，包括與客戶銷售團隊（Consumer Sales team）合作，以分析銷售結果、時機並發想提案。此職務的整體目標是協助銷售人員與客戶端，並提供全方位支援服務。
職責：
- 檢視並驗證客戶提出的申請
- 處理客戶帳戶的書面查詢及來電查詢
- 利用客戶來電訊息，發掘根本原因及有問題的帳戶類型；從各種已經設定好的解決方案中挑出最佳之道
- 協助銷售管理人處理後台及管理任務
- 執行帳戶維護、建立備忘錄並更新帳戶持有者資料
- 提供客戶關於方案、福利和公司政策的說明
- 處理日常業務表格、信件與報告
- 作出商業決策時，能以下列方式適當地評估風險，展現對於公司商譽的深思熟慮，並保護花旗集團及其客戶與資產：在政策的框架下，遵循適用法律、規則及法規，就個人行為、舉措與商業做法為適當的道德判斷，以及呈報、管理及通報與透明度相關的控制問題。
- 1-3 年的相關工作經驗
- 有銷售支援經驗者優先
- 擁有對花旗集團及其政策的基本知識
- 經驗證的技術/管理專業知識
- 能穩定展現清晰、簡潔的書面和口語溝通能力
- 大學文憑或同等學歷
Citi has entered into an agreement with DBS to acquire its consumer bank in Taiwan which includes credit cards, loans, retail banking, and wealth management. The sale is expected to complete in July 2023. As this is a role to work in Citi’s consumer bank, the successful candidate will initially be employed by Citi, but on sale completion, their employment will transfer to DBS that will employ Citi’s consumer bank employees, prior to their transfer to DBS.
