The Senior Account Manager, Sales will be responsible for managing and growing RF Front-End (RFFE) revenue with strategic accounts. This person will work closely with colleagues around the world and be responsible for promoting Qualcomm RF Front-End (RFFE) product in Mobile, Networking, Automotive and IoT customers and developing the strategy and execution for driving the sale of RFFE products.

Responsibilities

The candidate needs to be professional and expert in selling Qualcomm RFFE products and be responsible and proactively coordinating project with internal stakeholders. The Senior Manager need always regards achieving company goals as the highest guiding principle and be creatively develop new business.

The Senior Manager should well manage relationships with customers and develop business with global regional Sales and BD teams, and communicate and coordinate closely with internal technical, product, logistic, legal, finance teams.

This position should be familiar with RF industrial trend and competition intelligence to develop strategy, create new business, provide accurate forecast, and evaluate risks to mitigate the impact.

Skills/Experience

The Senior Manager, Sales need to be professional and expert in selling RFFE components to Mobile/Networking/Automotive/IoT customers and manage sales goals. The understanding of mobile and networking industry is required. He or She will have extensive experience in developing relationships at large, complex organizations globally.

  • Excellent in English communication and presentation.
  • 8+ years of sales, marketing, product management or business development of RFFE products in Mobile/Networking/Automotive/IoT customers with knowledge of ODMs, OEMs, ecosystem, and certification
  • Strategic account management expertise, the ability to manage change and the desire to operate effectively across organizations and customers
  • Experience in design win and region sell-through partnerships with customers
  • Knowledge and experience in building financial models that create win-win situations for Qualcomm and our customers
  • Ability to identify emerging opportunities and proactively engage in pre-sales activity
  • Expert technical understanding and hands-on experience of RFFE technology including being first line of defense for technical and product issues
  • Proficient and detailed understanding of supply chain, product development and marketing of RFFE products
  • Ability to communicate, educate and evangelize both internally and externally
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem solving with strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and result-driven
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or related business field
  • 8+ years in RFFE sales, marketing, business development, product management or related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in business or technology preferred
  • 5+ years in product marketing, sales, or product management in Mobile/Networking industry
