職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your responsibilities and deliverables in a high volume hiring environment include:
  • Responsible for the end-to-end experience and execution, recruiting for volume and common skillsets within specific business segments
  • Build strategic partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders such as hiring managers, HR Partner and Talents.
  • Enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives through the talent acquisition activities.
  • Aligned with Business to make sure effective implementation of talent strategy and customized sourcing strategy, Attraction points, engaging plan, screening methodology, interview process
  • Proactive building and managing future skill talent pipeline
  • Personalize the candidate experience, build trust.
  • Uncover candidate needs, convey compensation expectations, prepare and debrief interviews, influence hiring decisions
  • Use data to understand and anticipate client needs and competitor landscape; create and grow diverse candidate pipelines, promote diverse candidate slates and hiring decisions
  • Applying understanding of local and country employment laws
需求條件 / Key Requirements

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
  • Growth Mindset and embrace challenges
  • Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment agency or in-house, familiar with diverse recruiting tools
  • Familiar with Technical position hiring.
  • Direct sourcing capability, utilizing multiple sourcing channels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-motivated and used to working under pressure
  • Fluent English in both written and spoken
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
  • Relevant experience in Recruitment for IT Industry
  • Proven ability in sourcing across channels with an established network
