Job Responsibilities:
l Responsible for managing account services and trade settlement cycle, reconciliation and reporting for PB products and process.
l Lead the account documentation review, screening, static and data inputs as well as account control and monitoring.
l Lead the periodic review and responsible in liaising with Relationship Manager/Marketing Assistant for all review documentation case and/or screening requests.
l Ensure adherence to efficiency and effectiveness KPIs, including quality standards, turn-around time, risk control and overall team productivity.
l Conduct training and provide advisory with respect to documentation requirement, screening queries, transactions settlement and internal policies and procedures manuals to PB Operations and Relationship Manager/Marketing Assistant.
l Work closely with key stakeholders and stay abreast with any regulatory changes pertaining to documentation, screen or transaction settlement process and requirements.
l Facilitate the teams and engage with business for initiatives or project to aim for business growth.
l Liaise with auditors and other stakeholders for audit and assurance related matters.
l Effective people management.
l Effective communication with BUs and supporting departments.
l Participant and drive ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
l Strong knowledge of Private/Wealth Management and an ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a deadline driven environment.
l Excellent teamwork skill.
l Strong global communication skill.
l Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
l Demonstrated depth of hand’s on experience.
l Bachelor’s or higher degree with at least 10~15 years’ work experience in private banking or wealth management.
l Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
